FLAP's Work
Human Labor and Sex trafficking
FLAP operates on the front lines to combat and prevent human labor and sex trafficking among vulnerable, low-wage workers across the food supply chain, greenhouse, nursery, landscaping, and snow removal industries.

Because federally funded legal services are restricted from representing many temporary and low-wage workers -including H-2A agricultural and H-2B seasonal visa laborers- FLAP fills a critical protection gap by offering free, confidential, and accessible legal and social services support, aggressively holding exploiters accountable and securing emancipation for survivors.
