Our Team

The people behind the mission

Bilingual workforce advocates and lawyers showing up for low-wage workers across the country — every day.

Community Navigators

Through FLAP’s Community Navigator Program, the organization advances economic mobility by training low-wage workers across the industries FLAP focuses on — cannery, farming, greenhouse, landscaping, meat, nursery, packinghouse, poultry, restaurant, and snow-plowing — to deliver information and resources to their own low-wage communities. Navigators help their communities overcome barriers to accessing vital resources and services, connecting them with legal services, government programs, healthcare, social services, and other community support systems.

Strategic Advisory Board

Strategic advisors helping shape long-term direction.

Long-Term Volunteers

Volunteers who have stood with FLAP for years.

Stay involved

Two ways to stand with low-wage workers.

Get bilingual updates from the field, and/or fund the legal services and outreach that make this work possible.

Get the FLAP newsletter

Bilingual updates on workers' rights, events, and ways to support low-wage workers who feed our families. No spam — ever.

Help fund the mission

Every dollar puts another low-wage worker one step closer to dignity — funding free services for low-wage families.
