Memo Ramirez, whose parents grew up in a family of farmers and ranchers in northern Mexico, was shaped by the struggles they faced after immigrating to the United States. For the past 15 years, he has volunteered with FLAP, helping the organization fulfill its mission of advocating for and empowering low-wage immigrant workers.

Memo is a software and data engineer focused on cross-platform, data-driven applications, websites, and services. His consulting work spans small businesses, nonprofits, professional sports teams, and large corporations, where he builds data pipelines and software solutions tailored to each client's analytics needs.
